The RigOps platform
One platform. Every system on the rig.
Daily drilling reports, rig reports, equipment inspections, crew, workflows and P&ID diagrams — one login, one audit trail, one place to look. Not six tools taped together.
Equipment & Inspections
Every asset certified — nothing expires quietly. Cert vault, spec change logs, Excel import with per-row errors.
Process Studio
Your procedures, running as software. Build any form, chain tasks and approvals, lock it, schedule it. Approvers can act from a signed email link — no login needed.
Rig Reports
Diesel, safety drills, BOP tests, persons-on-board and rentals — five first-class report families, not spreadsheet tabs.
P&ID Builder
Diagrams that know their equipment — click a valve, see its latest inspection certificate. Issue & lock revisions.
Dashboards, crew & everything between
A widget board each user arranges for their role. Crew rosters with day/night shifts and one-click crew change. Wells, activity codes, approval queues, ⌘K palette, dark mode — the whole operation, one product.

"Reports used to chase signatures for two days. Now the toolpusher files at 06:00 and it's approved before the morning call. Nobody argues with the audit trail anymore."
Results from a six-rig deployment; reference available on qualified enquiry.
Your operation, with intelligence built in.
AI is where operations software is heading — RigOps was engineered for it from the first commit. An analyst that reads your live data and proves its answers, woven into every module.
Ask your operation a question. Get an answer with the chart to prove it.
The RigOps analyst reads your live data — DDRs and NPT, diesel and POB, overdue inspections, approval queues — and answers in plain language, grounded in the records it cites. Read-only by design: it can never change your data.
Beyond the product
The team behind RigOps also builds for you.
We take on select client platforms — same senior engineers, same standards, your domain. Spec first, tested weekly releases, and we operate what we ship.
Start a conversation →Mission-critical web platforms for industrial and enterprise workflows — hexagonal architecture, contract-locked APIs, tested where it counts.
Grounded assistants over your own data, assisted data entry, anomaly flags, natural-language analytics — provider-neutral, deployable fully on-prem.
Monitoring, upgrades and a support desk that answers every enquiry within one business day — from our Hyderabad operations team.
How we work
Spec first. Ship weekly. Operate forever.
Discover
We sit with the people doing the work — drillers, inspectors, rig managers — and map the real process.
Specify
Screens, rules, edge cases and acceptance criteria — written and confirmed before a line of code exists.
Build & verify
Senior engineers build against the spec; unit, contract and end-to-end suites gate every release.
Operate
Monitoring and support from Hyderabad — every enquiry answered within one business day.
The company
Engineering-led. Field-proven.
People Nexus Technologies began where our software runs — on site. Months of first-hand research on working rigs shaped RigOps, and set the standard every product we build is held to: understand the operation before writing a line of code.
Our engineering, product, operations and field-research practices work as one loop around the product — clients work directly with the specialists accountable for the outcome, at every stage of the engagement.
What we hold ourselves to
Every enquiry — support, sales, a bug at 2 am — gets a human answer within one business day. Measured, not promised.
No hand-off to a maintenance vendor. The engineers who wrote the code monitor it, upgrade it and answer for it.
Strict tenant isolation, scope-filtered access that fails closed, exports on demand. Leaving must always be easy — that keeps us honest.
Our AI reads, cites and analyzes — it never writes to your records, and we say plainly what it can't do. No magic claims.

Common questions
How long does onboarding a rig take?+
Typically a few weeks per rig: we configure wells, crews and activity codes with you, import your equipment register from Excel, and train approvers — then the first daily report goes through end-to-end before we call it live.
Who can see our data?+
Access is scope-filtered and fails closed: a user with no assigned scope sees zero rows, and out-of-scope records read as not-found. Organizations are strictly isolated.
Can the AI change or delete records?+
No. The analyst is read-only by design — it can look up and analyze, never write. And it only sees data the asking user is scoped to see.
Do you take on projects outside oil & gas?+
Selectively, yes — anywhere the work is operational, regulated, and unforgiving of bad software. Talk to us about your domain.
Security & compliance
Built for procurement review, not just for demos.
The answers your IT and compliance teams will ask for, up front. Full security documentation available on request.
Organizations are strictly separated. Access is scope-filtered at the query layer — no scope means zero rows, and out-of-scope records read as not-found.
TLS everywhere, encrypted storage, hashed credentials, signed short-lived tokens for email-link approvals. Daily backups with tested restores.
Every create, update, approval and login is recorded with actor, timestamp and field-level diffs. Nothing can be silently edited — including by us.
Permissions follow your org structure — company, rig and well level. Users see and approve only what their role allows.
PDF and Excel exports on demand, full data export if you leave. Hosting region of your choice, including fully on-premise deployment.
The AI analyst is read-only, scope-aware, and provider-neutral — it can run on your approved provider or entirely local models. Your data is never used for training.
